What Nirman AI can and cannot do
It can
  • Answer from 380 real brand documents — datasheets, catalogues, installation guides — and tell you which one it used.
  • Check an IS code against the official BIS registry, including whether the edition you have is superseded or withdrawn.
  • Name listed professionals and, where dealers have joined your city, what each of them carries.
  • Read a photo, a PDF, a DXF plan or a BOQ spreadsheet you attach.
  • Draft an RFQ for you to check and send with one tap.
  • Work out a preliminary bill of quantities once you sign in — 2 credits, with every assumption it made written on it.
It cannot, yet
  • Give you a phone number. You send an RFQ, and the number is shared only once you accept a quote.
  • Price for your city. Bills use CPWD DSR 2021 Delhi rates with no cost index — your city is on the bill, but it does not change the figure.
  • Measure every kind of work. It prices 15 — anything else is listed by name and left unpriced.
  • Quote today's market price. The bands are a tracked snapshot, so confirm the rate with the supplier.
  • Replace a structural design. Steel is a thumb rule until you give it the bar schedule.
