What's the CPWD DSR rate for APP membrane waterproofing?
Torch-applied APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified bitumen membrane is the most common membrane waterproofing on Indian roofs. CPWD prices it as a complete in-situ multi-course treatment — primer, bonding coats and the membrane itself — per square metre.
Preliminary Using CPWD DSR 2021 (Civil) item rates as published, this worked scenario adds up to ₹454.80 (items 14.87). The item rates are CPWD's Delhi base rates; the quantities and the item mix are NirmanDost's scenario, not a CPWD bundle — adjust both to your site and apply your local cost index.
