What's the CPWD DSR rate for a BLDC ceiling fan (supply + install)?
CPWD now rates a BEE 5-star BLDC ceiling fan — 1200 mm sweep, remote/electronic speed control, down rod and all accessories — as one supply-install-test item. If you already have the fan, installation alone is a small separate item.
Preliminary Using CPWD DSR E&M 2022 item rates as published, this worked scenario adds up to ₹2,730 (items 19.1). The item rates are CPWD's Delhi base rates; the quantities and the item mix are NirmanDost's scenario, not a CPWD bundle — adjust both to your site and apply your local cost index.
