What's the CPWD DSR rate for cement concrete (IPS) flooring?
Plain cement concrete flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement — what most of India calls IPS flooring. 40 mm thick 1:2:4 is the standard; add a hardener topping for garages and industrial floors.
Preliminary Using CPWD DSR 2021 (Civil) item rates as published, this worked scenario adds up to ₹545 (items 11.3.1). The item rates are CPWD's Delhi base rates; the quantities and the item mix are NirmanDost's scenario, not a CPWD bundle — adjust both to your site and apply your local cost index.
