A gypsum board false ceiling on a galvanised MS grid is one bundled DSR item — frame plus 12.5 mm tapered-edge board, per square metre, at any height. Board type changes the rate.
Preliminary Using CPWD DSR 2021 (Civil) item rates as published, this worked scenario adds up to ₹1,145.95 (items 12.45.1).
