M20 (nominal mix 1:1.5:3) reinforced cement concrete, up to plinth level. Like all CPWD RCC items, this rate is for the CONCRETE ONLY — centering/shuttering and steel reinforcement are separate items (see related recipes).
Preliminary Using CPWD DSR 2021 (Civil) item rates as published, this worked scenario adds up to ₹8,364.20 (items 5.1.2).
